Recently, I had the pleasure of being invited to speak at Trinity Catholic Academy's second annual Career Day. I, along with dozens of local business leaders visited Trinity Catholic Academy in Brockton, MA to chat with students in 4th through 8th grades about our experiences in life, work and the importance of education.
Last Fall, during the Metro South Chamber of Commerce's Annual Meeting, we were presented with an Economic Impact Award for our "significant investment and contribution to the economic development of the Metro South region."

The first clue that the man behind the Formica counter isn’t your typical line cook is the crisp white chef’s toque perched atop a handsome head of salt-and-pepper hair. His chef’s coat is neat; his workstation immaculate.
It came as a huge surprise that we'd even be considered for this honor. We never set out for recognition, but I'd be lying if I said it didn't feel great that to be named one of the top places to eat in the country!
The JJ's Caffe team is taking an extended holiday vacation and will be closed from Sunday, December 25 through Monday, January 2. The restaurant will reopen for service on Tuesday, January 3. We'll see you then!

Working in the hospitality business for as long as my father and I have, I sometimes think I can no longer be amazed because we’ve seen it all, been through a lot and made it out alive somehow. However, since opening up the restaurant we’re both thrown aback almost every single day. What makes it, for me, what really weaves it all together is the amazing sense of community we get to experience.
